garden tomato dip
A wonderful dip that uses up some of the fresh garden tomatoes available from either your garden or a farmers market. I serve this dip w/ fresh sliced veggies, but you can serve w/ crackers also.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 large tomato, cut into quarters
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 - celery stalk, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 dashes hot sauce
- 1 large heirloom tomato, pulp and seeds scooped out.
How To Make garden tomato dip

Step 1Combine all ingredients, except for heirloom tomato in blender. Blend until smooth.

Step 2Scoop mix into heirloom tomato. Serve w/ fresh sliced veggies or crackers.
