Ingredients

  • 2 c
    cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    tarragon vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    green onion - diced fine - amounts may vary to your tastes
  • 1 tsp
    parsley - diced fine - amounts may vary to your tastes
  • 2 tsp
    watercress - diced fine
  • 1 tsp
    dill weed - diced fine - amounts may vary to your tastes
  • 1 tsp
    fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    red pepper flakes - or to taste

How to Make Fireman Bob's " Dilled " Garden Dip my way...

Step-by-Step

  1. Place cottage cheese, vinegar, red pepper flakes in a blender or food processor and blend till smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir till combined.
  3. Cover and chill for 4 hours.


    ENJOY !!!
