1 tspdark brown sugar
1/4 tspdry mustard
1 - 2 Tbspcreamy horseradish (to taste)
1/2 tspworcestershire sauce
1/2 tsplemon juice (or more to taste)
dash(es)hot sauce (red tobasco)
How to Make Cocktail Sauce
- In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix well to make sure there are no lumps from the dried mustard. Start with 1 Tbsp horseradish then taste and add more if needed.
- Chill in refrigerator - will last several weeks.
- Use this in place of bottled Cocktail Sauce and always serve this with fried or boiled shrimp, raw or fried oysters, fried fish, etc.
