I fixed myself a Veggie sandwich, stacked high with alot of good, health,REAL food. Then I discovered I had no condiments to put on it, well without condiments "IT NOT A SANDWICH ! This was my solution. ENJOYcooking..... keep it clean

Ingredients

  • 1 can chick pea (drained and rinsed)
  • 2 cloves garlic... use more if you like more garlic taste
  • 1/2 - lemon juice, fresh
  • dash cumin to your taste
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • - salt (optional)

How To Make clean-eating silky home made hummus

  • Step 1
    Load all ingredients in blender until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Spread on sandwiches,tacos, dip veggies. Skies the limit. ENJOYcooking..... keep it clean
