  • 1 large whole wheat boboli pizza crust
  • 1 cup pace pineapple-mango chipotle salsa
  • 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat, shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 - green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 - red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 - onion, thinly sliced

How To Make vegetarian salsa pizza

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 450. Spray a pizza pan or lg baking sheet lightly w/ cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Place pizza crust on pan. Spread crust w/ 2/3 cup salsa. Sprinkle w/ both cheese. Spoon remaining salsa over cheese.
  • Step 3
    Bake 10-12 mins or until cheese is melted and bubbly and crust is browned.
