Ingredients

  • 1 large
    whole wheat boboli pizza crust
  • 1 c
    pace pineapple-mango chipotle salsa
  • 1 c
    reduced-fat, shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 c
    reduced-fat, shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2
    green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2
    red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2
    onion, thinly sliced

How to Make Vegetarian salsa pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 450. Spray a pizza pan or lg baking sheet lightly w/ cooking spray.
  2. Place pizza crust on pan. Spread crust w/ 2/3 cup salsa. Sprinkle w/ both cheese. Spoon remaining salsa over cheese.
  3. Bake 10-12 mins or until cheese is melted and bubbly and crust is browned.
