taco brandy's salsa
This recipe is inspired by a salsa recipe from a restaurant my family visited a lot during my childhood. Everyone who tries it is immediately addicted to it.

Makes 1 1/2 gallons
Ingredients
- 4 cans (28 ounce each) of whole peeled tomatoes
- 2 cans (28 ounce or 4 cans 10 ounce each) rotel tomatoes and chilies
- 4 cans (4 ounces each) ortega chopped jalapenos
- 1 large yellow onion
- 1/3 cup garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons sugar
How To Make taco brandy's salsa

Step 1Open all of the cans and chop up the yellow onion into 4 wedges.

Step 2blend all ingredients together in a blender (may take a couple of batches to do so). Refrigerate for 1 hour to let ingredients "Marry" Enjoy!
