mango necterine salsa
We love this stuff served on grilled fish, also good on grilled fish tacos and grilled chicken. However we mainly eat it with our favorite tortillia chip. My fave is on blue corn tortillia chips.

Ingredients
- 1-2 - mangos, diced
- 1-2 - necterines, diced
- 1/4 - fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 - lime, juiced
- 1-2 tablespoon honey
- 1-2 - fresh jalapeno, diced
- 1/4 - fresh red bell pepper, diced (for color)
- 1 small bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
How To Make mango necterine salsa

Step 1Mix all diced vegetables, fruits and herb together, stir until combined.

Step 2Mix honey and lime juice together, stirring until combined.

Step 3Pour honey lime mixture over vegie/fruit mixture and stir until thoroughly combined.

Step 4Chill for at least 1 hr. Serve with your favorite tortillia chip. Also good over grilled fish or chicken.
