*Jason's "Inferno" Salsa

Martha Dickey

I make this with my 13 y.o. son, Jason every week and let's face it -it's a darned good way to bond and get him to eat his fresh veggies! Esp. in season when we grow our own jalapenos!!!

How to Make *Jason's "Inferno" Salsa

  1. Dice all of the vegetables into small pieces; we prefer not to blend or puree it. Combine all ingredients together; squeeze the juice of both ½;s of the lime, then season to taste.
    • Season – to taste: ground black pepper, Accent, Mrs. Dash (table blend), garlic powder

Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours to blend flavors.
