GARDEN FRESH SALSA - IN A JAR

I'm starting with my SALSA. This is the one that I open when I have company and serve chips. I also use it on/in some Mexican dishes. (It's good on Hot Dog also.)
I canned these in half pint jars. The more I want, more jars I open up.

Ingredients

6 lbroma tomatoes

1 largegreen tomato, washed stem end removed, chopped

1 mediumred onion, peeled and chopped

3 largejalapeno peppers, seeded and vains removed, finely chopped

3 clove(jumbo) garlic, finely chopped

1/2 cfresh cilantro leaves, chopped

1 tspred pepper flakes, more for desired heat

1/8 cred wine vinegar

1/4 clime juice

1 Tbspkosher salt
