Ingredients

  • 4 cups peeled & chopped fresh fruit (strawberries, kwik, apples, blueberries, melons, mango)
  • 1 - chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons key lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chopped jalapeno (or 1/4 cup juice from jar)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic

How To Make fresh fruit salsa

  • Step 1
    Add all chopped ingredients into large bowl and stir. Best if it sets for a couple of hours, stirring often to mix flavors.
