  • 4 c
    peeled & chopped fresh fruit (strawberries, kwik, apples, blueberries, melons, mango)
  • 1
    chopped red onion
  • 1/4 c
    minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp
    vinegar (optional)
  • 2 tsp
    key lime juice
  • 1 tsp
    chopped jalapeno (or 1/4 cup juice from jar)
  • 1 tsp
    salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp
    crushed garlic

How to Make Fresh Fruit Salsa


  1. Add all chopped ingredients into large bowl and stir. Best if it sets for a couple of hours, stirring often to mix flavors.
