Ingredients
- 4 cups peeled & chopped fresh fruit (strawberries, kwik, apples, blueberries, melons, mango)
- 1 - chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (optional)
- 2 teaspoons key lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped jalapeno (or 1/4 cup juice from jar)
- 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
