- 1 jar black bean and corn salsa
How To Make cheater black bean soup

Step 1Stir together the beans and salsa. Add water if desired to get your preferred consistency. Heat over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2Excellent topped with a dollop of sour cream and sliced green onions.

Step 3This works well with 2 cans of beans, if you have more people. Feel free to add some chopped ham, sliced smoked sausage, or cooked bacon bits if you want meat in the soup.
