    avocado, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    finely diced red onion
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dry)
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh oregano (or 1 tsp dry)
  • 1 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 4 oz
    feta cheese, crumbled

How to Make Avocado Feta Salsa

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except feta, stirring gently to mix.
  2. Add feta cheese, folding in gently.
  3. Cover and chill 2 - 6 hours. Give a final stir before serving.
  4. Serve with pita or tortilla chips.
