2plum tomatoes, chopped

1avocado, chopped

1/4 cfinely diced red onion

1 clovegarlic, minced

1 Tbspchopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dry)

1 Tbspchopped fresh oregano (or 1 tsp dry)

1 Tbspred wine vinegar

4 ozfeta cheese, crumbled
How To Make avocado feta salsa

1Combine all the ingredients, except feta, stirring gently to mix.

2Add feta cheese, folding in gently.

3Cover and chill 2 - 6 hours. Give a final stir before serving.
