plum tomatoes, chopped
finely diced red onion
chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dry)
chopped fresh oregano (or 1 tsp dry)
red wine vinegar
feta cheese, crumbled
How To Make
Combine all the ingredients, except feta, stirring gently to mix.
Add feta cheese, folding in gently.
Cover and chill 2 - 6 hours. Give a final stir before serving.
Serve with pita or tortilla chips.
