maltese herbal olive oil
Herbed oil is a favorite ingredient in Maltese recipes. I adjusted the amount of oil because I wanted herbed oil, but knew I would not be using more than 1 cup of oil in a week! Use all of the herbs listed, or just some to your liking.

- 1 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 sprig thyme
- 1 sprig oregano
- 1 - bay leaf
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
How To Make maltese herbal olive oil

Step 1A day before you want to use: Put olive oil in a container with a cover. Add herbs. Cover.

Step 2Store in the fridge overnight. An hour before use, take out of fridge and bring to room temperature.

Step 3Keeps in fridge for about 1 week.
