How to Make Low carb surgar free maple syrup
- In a bowl mix cornstarch and 1/4 cup of water mix to form a slurry.
- In a sauce pan over med high add remaining ingredients bring to a boil
- Stirring constantly add corn starch slurry and bring back to a boil. Boil for 30 seconds remove from heat.can use warm or put in the refrigerator
- If you like a thicker syrup add more corn starch, but remember the the syrup will thicken as it cools.
