Ingredients
- 11/2 cups stevia (not the packets)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1-1 1/4 teaspoons real maple extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make low carb surgar free maple syrup

Step 1In a bowl mix cornstarch and 1/4 cup of water mix to form a slurry.

Step 2In a sauce pan over med high add remaining ingredients bring to a boil

Step 3Stirring constantly add corn starch slurry and bring back to a boil. Boil for 30 seconds remove from heat.can use warm or put in the refrigerator

Step 4If you like a thicker syrup add more corn starch, but remember the the syrup will thicken as it cools.
