Creamy Tahini Miso Lemon Dressing

If you are a fan of creamy, garlicky, lemony dressings then this one is sure to please. Let it sit for a few hours so the flavours can be intensify.

  • 1/2 c
    filtered water
  • 2 Tbsp
    light mellow miso (don't use the dark stuff)
  • 2/3 c
    organic tahini
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp
    lemon zest
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    fine chopped parsley (optional)

How to Make Creamy Tahini Miso Lemon Dressing


  1. Using a small blender mix all the ingredients together. Taste, if it needs salt add a little, if it needs water add a little. It will thicken a bit as it sits.
  2. Use on salads, cooked veggies or grains.
  3. Enjoy!
