If you are a fan of creamy, garlicky, lemony dressings then this one is sure to please. Let it sit for a few hours so the flavours can be intensify.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons light mellow miso (don't use the dark stuff)
  • 2/3 cup organic tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fine chopped parsley (optional)

How To Make creamy tahini miso lemon dressing

  • Step 1
    Using a small blender mix all the ingredients together. Taste, if it needs salt add a little, if it needs water add a little. It will thicken a bit as it sits.
  • Step 2
    Use on salads, cooked veggies or grains.
  • Step 3
    Enjoy!
