- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1Melt butter in bottom of heavy saucepan, add 2 tbsp. flour. whisk together until smooth.

Step 2Add cream, cheese. stir over medium heat until smooth and thickened.
