Chimichurri is a staple in Argentina. This is a quick, easy version. Enjoy it as a topping to any meat. You could also use it as a dip for bread. Enjoy!

1 Cup of sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup packed fresh parsley
- 1 cup packed fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 4 - garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 cup olive oil
How To Make basic chimichurri

Step 1In a food processor (or blender) add all ingredients, except the olive oil, and blend until chopped up finely.

Step 2Through the small opening of your food processor (or blender), slowly stream in the olive oil while the processor/blender is running. Do this until the mixture is a smooth consistency.
