  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 4 - peppers
  • 1 pint vegetable oil
  • COOK ALL TOGETHER AND PUT THROUGH A STRAINER, THEN ADD:
  • 1 tablespoon each: oregano and basil
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • - clear gel or corn strach to thicken
