sesame chicken w/ oriental cream dip
I always use this recipe as a fall back when I'm pressed for time because it's so simple. To make it even simpler, you can buy chicken strips already cut up for you!

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup lower-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 6 ounces low-fat whipped cream cheese with garlic and herbs
- 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Step 1In medium bowl, whisk the soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil and ginger. reserve 2 Tbsp and pour the rest into a lg resealable plastic bag. Add chicken strips to the bag, seal, turn to coat. Refrigerate 2 hrs, turning the bag over occasionally.

Step 2In another medium bowl, lightly beat the cream cheese and reserved marinade. Stir in the green onion. Cover and refrigerate.

Step 3Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Place sesame seeds on a plate, roll chicken strips in seeds to coat. In lg skillet, heat olive oil over med-high heat. Add chicken. Stir-fry for about 5-7 mins or until golden brown. Serve chicken strips with the Oriental cream dip.
