Ingredients
- 1 pint chopped, green tomatoes
- 1 1/2 pints chopped, tart apples, peeled and cored
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 pound raisins
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 cup vinegar
How To Make tomato mincemeat

Step 1Combine all ingredients in large saucepan and bring to a rapid boil, and simmer until thick , about 25 minutes. Pour into sterilized jars and seal. No water bath necessary.

Step 2Store on pantry shelf- After opening store in refrigerator.
