Sugar Free Pectin Free Although the recipe calls for strawberries, I cant see why other fruits cannot be used! I found this posted on Facebook and thought it would be a great addition here!

Makes 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups strawberries
- 2/3 cup rhubarb
- 2 tablespoons raw honey or to taste
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
How To Make refrigerator jam

Step 1Process all ingredients with a blender and refrigerate over night. The chia seeds will gel thickening up the fruit puree. Add additional diced fruit if you like it chunky.
