- 2 1/2 cups honey
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup liquid pectin
How To Make honey jelly

Step 1Combine lemon juice and honey. Bring to a full rolling boil. Add pectin and boil for 2 minutes longer. Pour into sterilized jars and seal with parafin. Makes 3 3/4 cups.
