Ingredients
- - 2 tablespoons corn flour (corn starch)
- - 1/3 cup fresh passion fruit pulp
- - 1 cup fresh orange juice
- - 2/3 cup mango nectar
How To Make betty's aussie tropical fruit topping

Step 1In a small bowl, combine the corn flour and passion fruit.

Step 2In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice and mango nectar. Bring to the boil over a medium heat. Pour in the passion fruit mix and stir. Reduce heat and simmer for a couple of minutes.

Step 3Remove from the heat and cool. Pour into a small container and keep in the fridge for up to a week.
