Ingredients

  • - 2 tablespoons corn flour (corn starch)
  • - 1/3 cup fresh passion fruit pulp
  • - 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • - 2/3 cup mango nectar

How To Make betty's aussie tropical fruit topping

  • Step 1
    In a small bowl, combine the corn flour and passion fruit.
  • Step 2
    In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice and mango nectar. Bring to the boil over a medium heat. Pour in the passion fruit mix and stir. Reduce heat and simmer for a couple of minutes.
  • Step 3
    Remove from the heat and cool. Pour into a small container and keep in the fridge for up to a week.
