·1/3 cup fresh passion fruit pulp
·1 cup fresh orange juice
·2/3 cup mango nectar

- In a small bowl, combine the corn flour and passion fruit.
- In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice and mango nectar. Bring to the boil over a medium heat. Pour in the passion fruit mix and stir. Reduce heat and simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Remove from the heat and cool. Pour into a small container and keep in the fridge for up to a week.
