    2 tablespoons corn flour (corn starch)
  • ·
    1/3 cup fresh passion fruit pulp
  • ·
    1 cup fresh orange juice
  • ·
    2/3 cup mango nectar

How to Make Betty's Aussie Tropical Fruit Topping


  1. In a small bowl, combine the corn flour and passion fruit.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice and mango nectar. Bring to the boil over a medium heat. Pour in the passion fruit mix and stir. Reduce heat and simmer for a couple of minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and cool. Pour into a small container and keep in the fridge for up to a week.
