1/3 cup fresh passion fruit pulp

1 cup fresh orange juice

2/3 cup mango nectar
How To Make betty's aussie tropical fruit topping

1In a small bowl, combine the corn flour and passion fruit.

2In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice and mango nectar. Bring to the boil over a medium heat. Pour in the passion fruit mix and stir. Reduce heat and simmer for a couple of minutes.

3Remove from the heat and cool. Pour into a small container and keep in the fridge for up to a week.
