Ingredients

  • 5 tsp
    all purpose flour
  • 1 -- 6 oz
    can pineapple juice
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    orange juice, frozen concentrate
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • ·
    assorted fresh fruit

How to Make Yummy Fruit Salad Dressing

Step-by-Step

  1. In a saucepan,combine all ingredients except fruit. (I usually mix the juice and flour first with a wisk, making sure there are no lumps) Bring to a boil and cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Allow the mixture to cool and serve over fruit. Leftover dressing may be refrigerated for up to one week.
