- 5 teaspoons all purpose flour
- 12 ounces canned pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup orange juice frozen concentrate
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- - assorted fresh fruit
How To Make yummy fruit salad dressing

Step 1In a saucepan, combine all ingredients except fruit. (I usually mix the juice and flour first with a whisk, making sure there are no lumps.)

Step 2Bring to a boil and cook.

Step 3Stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Allow the mixture to cool.

Step 4Serve over fruit. Any leftover dressing may be refrigerated for up to one week.
