I know there are a gazillion of these recipe out there for this and I have read and tried a few, Bonnie's and Kelly's this is a little different. But I do like those two. So good.Give this a try too.

makes 6 packets or 3 Tablespoons = 1 packet store bought
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup corn flour or all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons coriander
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons each ground oregano,seasoned salt , onion powder and garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne powder, optional
How To Make taco mix - homeade

Step 1Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to blend. Place ingredients in a glass jar or Tupperware container. Shake or stir up before each usage.

Step 2This makes enough for six packets if wanting to separate or I just use : 3 Tablespoons = one packet of store package. Use for meat loaf or burgers of fish seasoning, sprinkle over salads, etc....
