I know there are a gazillion of these recipe out there for this and I have read and tried a few, Bonnie's and Kelly's this is a little different. But I do like those two. So good.Give this a try too.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c
    corn flour or all purpose flour
  • 1/4 c
    chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    smoked paprika
  • 2 Tbsp
    coriander
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    each ground oregano,seasoned salt , onion powder and garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cayenne powder, optional

How to Make Taco Mix - Homeade

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to blend. Place ingredients in a glass jar or Tupperware container. Shake or stir up before each usage.
  2. This makes enough for six packets if wanting to separate or I just use :
    3 Tablespoons = one packet of store package.
    Use for meat loaf or burgers of fish seasoning, sprinkle over salads, etc....
