You can use whatever type mustard you like. There is no wrong one lol. Adjust sugar and honey to your prefrence. Great on salad or for dipping sauce. Kids loved it with chicken tenders I like it on my rabbit food aka salad. So easy and not full of as many chemicals as store bought. Especially if ya make your own mayonnaise
