Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil (substitute with canola, sunflower, etc)
- 1 tablespoon greek seasoning
- 1 large clove garlic, pressed
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons white vine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- ground himalayan sea salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
How To Make greek salad dressing

Step 1In a mixing bowl, combine oils and Greek seasoning. Whisk well and let it sit for 15 minutes.

Step 2Add pressed garlic, lemon juice, honey, vinegar, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Whisk the ingredients; taste and adjust if necessary.

Step 3Add parsley, whisk once again and serve.
