Ingredients For greek salad dressing

  • 2 Tbsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    grapeseed oil (substitute with canola, sunflower, etc)
  • 1 Tbsp
    greek seasoning
  • 1 lg
    clove garlic, pressed
  • 2 Tbsp
    freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 2 Tbsp
    white vine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon zest
  • ground himalayan sea salt, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley, chopped

How To Make greek salad dressing

  • 1
    In a mixing bowl, combine oils and Greek seasoning. Whisk well and let it sit for 15 minutes.

    Add pressed garlic, lemon juice, honey, vinegar, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Whisk the ingredients; taste and adjust if necessary.

    Add parsley, whisk once again and serve.
