This is a tasty way to enter spring or summer... last summer I was at my sister's house and she wanted to have a nice salad with there pasta meal, so I just came up with this. My sister liked it so much that she asked for the recipe... there was enough for more salads. Plus it keeps real well.

  • 1 bunch
    strawberries (fresh)
  • 1/4 cup c
    white vinegar
  • 1/8 cup c
    white balsamic vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 4 small
    sage leaves, fresh chopped
  • 2 pinch
    truffles sea salt
  • 2 tsp
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice concentrate
  • 1 tsp
    herbes de provence

How to Make Fresh Strawberry Vinegarette


  1. Combine all ingredients in a Food processor. Burst pulse a few seconds then stir with spatula, pulse again, 3 x. Chill for an hour before serving.
  2. Be sure all fresh ingredients are washed thoroughly.
  3. You can purchase herbes de province from Trader Joe's, or Penzy's
