fresh strawberry vinegarette

This is a tasty way to enter spring or summer... last summer I was at my sister's house and she wanted to have a nice salad with there pasta meal, so I just came up with this. My sister liked it so much that she asked for the recipe... there was enough for more salads. Plus it keeps real well. I hope everyone enjoys it..

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch strawberries (fresh)
  • 1/4 cup cup white vinegar
  • 1/8 cup cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 4 small sage leaves, fresh chopped
  • 2 pinches truffles sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon herbes de provence

How To Make fresh strawberry vinegarette

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in a Food processor. Burst pulse a few seconds then stir with spatula, pulse again, 3 x. Chill for an hour before serving.

    Be sure all fresh ingredients are washed thoroughly.
