fresh strawberry vinegarette
This is a tasty way to enter spring or summer... last summer I was at my sister's house and she wanted to have a nice salad with there pasta meal, so I just came up with this. My sister liked it so much that she asked for the recipe... there was enough for more salads. Plus it keeps real well. I hope everyone enjoys it..

Ingredients
- 1 bunch strawberries (fresh)
- 1/4 cup cup white vinegar
- 1/8 cup cup white balsamic vinegar
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 4 small sage leaves, fresh chopped
- 2 pinches truffles sea salt
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice concentrate
- 1 teaspoon herbes de provence
How To Make fresh strawberry vinegarette

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a Food processor. Burst pulse a few seconds then stir with spatula, pulse again, 3 x. Chill for an hour before serving.

Step 2Be sure all fresh ingredients are washed thoroughly.
