He calls it 24/7 because you can use it all day long. Says you should try it on your hot cereal with raisins and milk and on your strawberriflambémbe at dinner. He says it accents both the sweet and savory in everything it touches.And that it is great on meat, fish, vegetables-everything!

    coriander seed

    pieces star anise
  • 1 Tbsp
    fennel seed
  • 2 tsp
    mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp
    cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp
    ginger powder
  • 1/2 stick
  • 1 tsp
    black peppercorns, whole
  • 1 tsp
    white peppercorns, whole
  • 3
    dried bay leaves
  • 1/2 tsp
    whole mace

How to Make Daniel's 24/7 Spice Blend


  1. Grind all ingredients in a spice grinder.
    Store in an airtight container in a cool. dark place.
