Love salads in the summer ~ to hot to cook and so healthy for us. This one is very good and different one to whip up ! Hope you enjoy it!!

Ingredients
- 1 bunch head of romaine
- 1 - pear
- 1 - apple
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts
- 1/2 cup swiss cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- - lemon juice
- POPPY SEED DRESSING:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make cranberry salad / poppy seed dressing

Step 1Salad: Cut up romaine. Add rest of ingredients. Toss with Poppy Seed Dressing.

Step 2Note: If making ahead of serving, add lemon juice to pear and apple cubes in Ziploc bag. Refrigerate.
