Corned Beef Brisket Glaze

Rose Mary Mogan

I am posting the glaze recipe that I used on my corned Beef Brisket, but you can use it on Ham or chicken or what ever you want, and it is quite simple and very easy to make.

I think you will be very pleased with the combinations of flavors in this recipe.

Try it and see if you don't agree, and I just bet you have most or all of the ingredients in your pantry or cupboard.
