Why buy bottled salad dressing when homemade can be done in minutes? Don't you hate it when the ingredients list of store bought items looks more like a chemistry test than a recipe? Give this a try... you'll never buy bottled again!
Ingredients

1/2 csour cream
-
4 ozcream cheese, softened

4 ozheavy cream (half and half can be used)

6 ozcrumbled bleu cheese (more or less to taste)
How to Make Chunky Bleu Cheese Dressing (easy)
- Mix first 3 ingredients with blender or hand mixer. With a spoon, stir in bleu cheese crumbles.
- Serve over a wedge of iceberg lettuce or romaine.
