canlis' french dressing
This recipe comes from a Canlis restaurant in Waikiki. We had a wonderful dinner there about 50 years ago. They served a seafood crepe that was delicious. I have spent the last 50 years looking for that recipe. I found one 20 years ago that is different than the Canlis one, but delicious in its own right. I have posted it on JAP - Spice Islands Seafood Crepes. Canlis also had a Caesar Salad recipe that I used for many years. Lovely memories.
