Ingredients
- 2 cups sour cream
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup walnuts, halved
- 5 tablespoons olive oil, virgin
How To Make walnuts, garlic and sour cream dip

Step 1Crush garlic and salt in a mortar and pestle. (It helps to release the flavor of the garlic) Set aside until needed.

Step 2Finely chop half of the walnuts and set aside.

Step 3In a small bowl add the sour cream, garlic and finely chopped walnuts, blend together.

Step 4In a small bowl, add the sour cream and garlic,

Step 5Add 4 tbsp of olive oil to the bowl and mix until well, until the mixture is creamy.

Step 6Garnish with walnuts and the remaining olive oil.

Step 7Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
