Simple, quick- ready in a pinch, delicious- so good!!

Ingredients

  • 1 can mexicorn - with the red and green bell peppers,drained
  • 1 can white shoepeg corn (white sweet corn), drained
  • 2 cups shredded mexican mix cheese
  • 1 bunch chopped green onion, to your taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise not salad dressing
  • 1 small can creamed corn
  • 1/2 cup crispy cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix, optional (suggested by laurie ferns)

How To Make mexical corn dip

  • Step 1
    Combine vegetables,onion, bacon and cheese stirring to combine. Stir in the taco seasoning. Stir in as much Mayonnaise as needed to get the texture you like. Eat with tortilla chips, scoops or Doritos.
