Well, I've been wanting to make this for a long time and just kept forgetting to pick up the ingredients when I was at the store, ugh... But I remembered this week. I use to buy this already prepared at a store in Vermont when I lived up there and I tried to find it here in PA where I live now but to my dismay, I couldn't find it anywhere. I checked online for a recipe and picked and choose the ingredients I thought I would like best. I hope you like it :) PS. Even my meat and potato man loves this!!

Let's hear it for Mediterranean flair in this easy recipe. Creamy and tangy, it's seriously the perfect hummus. The combination of Kalamata olives and garlic makes this an unusual hummus we adored. Red pepper flakes add a slight kick, but this dip isn't spicy. It's easy to make if you have last-minute guests and need a quick snack or appetizer. Yum!
