Good! Pretty mild. If you want more oomph, use a couple of diced jalapinos or hotter sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 - avocados, ripe
  • 1 small can of ortega diced green chilies
  • 1/2 - small white onion, diced fine
  • 1/2 cup la victoria green taco sauce
  • 1/2 - lime, juiced
  • 1 - roma tomato / diced
  • - salt / sea salt to taste

How To Make guac

  • Step 1
    Roll avocados in shell to begin to soften and mash.
  • Step 2
    Cut avocados in half, scoop out and mash with fork.
  • Step 3
    Add remaining ingredients. Taste and adjust to your liking with more salt or lime juice.
  • Step 4
    Place one avocado pit in mixture to prevent browning. Serve with any kind of chip.
