jalepeno popper dip with a kick!
I was looking for some new food to try on Superbowl Sunday. My husband loves jalepeno poppers, so I tried to combine all those flavors.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup chirizo (cooked)
- 16 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup mayonaisse
- 4 ounces chopped green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 4-5 - jalpeno peppers - seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make jalepeno popper dip with a kick!

Step 1In a large mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise.

Step 2Add cooked and drained chorizo to cream cheese and mayo mixture.

Step 3Add chopped chilies with juice, chopped & seeded jalapeños, and cumin. Mix to combine.

Step 4Add shredded Monterey jack cheese. Mix to combine. Add half the cheese and mix and then add the other half and stir to combine.

Step 5Pour mixture into baking dish such as a pie plate or a corning ware dish

Step 6Mix bread crumbs and jalapeños together in a small bowl.

Step 7Top with bread crumb mixture.

Step 8Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes. You may want to put baking dish on a cookie sheet in case of cheeses bubbling over.
