healthy broccoli-chili dip
Still 80lbs lost and staying for the last 3 years. Never go back, so here is another one of my favorite recipes. Very spicy, so hold on.. Use veggies, or "Whole Grain low fat baked crackers or chips. Also makes a great sauce for fish or Chicken. Stay Healthy and enjoy

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked broccoli
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 cup canned mild green chiles
- 1 medium chopped tomato
How To Make healthy broccoli-chili dip

Step 1Combine broccoli,lemon juice,cumin, garlic,chiles,and chopped tomatoes in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth. Add pepper or salt to taste.... Garnish with wedge of lime and cilantro and serve with veggies or whole grain,low fat,low calorie crackers. great with a cold one out on the deck.
