    Greek yogurt strained

    cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and shredded
  • 1 tsp
    chopped fresh dill

How to Make Greek Cucumber Yogurt Dip "Tzatziki"

Using a food processor makes shredding the cucumber a snap.


  1. Start off by peeling, then seeding, and shredding the cucumbers.
  2. Cover and set aside to drain any liquid it may have.
  3. Combine olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
  4. Using a whisk, blend the yogurt. Add the olive oil mixture to the yogurt mixture and mix well.
  5. Finally, add the cucumber and chopped fresh dill. Chill for at least two hours before serving.
  6. Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill and/or cut in half olive just before serving. Enjoy!!!
