I love those Hamburger Places that serve you with a basket of fries in the red baskets and the white parchment paper and it is really a treat when they serve it with a thousand island sauce in a 2 0z container to dip your fries in. It's like you all of of sudden realize your going to get a juicy hamburger and a batch of fries you can dip in a savory sweet sauce. Well here is the recipe with some added Sriracha Hot Sauce to make it spicy sweet.
