vanilla yogurt (can use low or fat-free, if desired)
2 Tbsp
honey
1/2 tsp
cinnamon

  • 1Mix all ingredients and start dipping! I know - sounds too easy to be really good, but it is!
  • 2NOTE: Can also use plain yogurt and add your own vanilla flavoring, if trying to eliminate sugar from your diet.
