cream cheese and pumpkin spread

My mom used to make this for us kids. I think she got the recipe from a canned pumpkin product. She use to serve this w/ fresh cut up green and red apples. This is also great served w/ your favorite mini bagels, toasted.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup splenda or sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1In lg bowl, beat all ingredients w/ a mixer until smooth.

Step 2Cover, refrigerate at least 1 hr. Serve w/ fresh slices of green and red apples, or serve w/ toasted mini bagels.
