ground cumin (or more to taste)
1/4 c
chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp
2 clove
garlic, peeled
1 can(s)
(15-oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 c
olive oil
2 Tbsp
1/4 tsp
ground cayenne

How to Make Black Bean Hummus


  • 1Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend/process until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  • 2Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
