Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cumin (or more to taste)
  • 1/4 c
    chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 clove
    garlic, peeled
  • 1 can(s)
    (15-oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    tahini
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cayenne

How to Make Black Bean Hummus

Step-by-Step

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend/process until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
