1 small carrot, grated

1 tomato

1/2 cup natural yogurt

1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds **optional

1Chop the cucumber and tomato in half. Remove the seeds of both and chop as fine as you can.

2Place chopped cucumbers, tomato and remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Serve.
