Ingredients

  • - 1 lebanese cucumber
  • - 1 small carrot, grated
  • - 1 tomato
  • - 1/2 cup natural yogurt
  • - 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds **optional

How To Make betty's raita - indian yogurt dip

  • Step 1
    Chop the cucumber and tomato in half. Remove the seeds of both and chop as fine as you can.
  • Step 2
    Place chopped cucumbers, tomato and remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Serve.
