    1 lebanese cucumber
  • ·
    1 small carrot, grated
  • ·
    1 tomato
  • ·
    1/2 cup natural yogurt
  • ·
    1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds **optional

How to Make Betty's Raita - Indian Yogurt Dip


  1. Chop the cucumber and tomato in half. Remove the seeds of both and chop as fine as you can.
  2. Place chopped cucumbers, tomato and remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Serve.
