- - 1 lebanese cucumber
- - 1 small carrot, grated
- - 1 tomato
- - 1/2 cup natural yogurt
- - 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds **optional

Step 1Chop the cucumber and tomato in half. Remove the seeds of both and chop as fine as you can.

Step 2Place chopped cucumbers, tomato and remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Serve.
