Ingredients

1 lb
fresh tomatillos
3 clove
fresh garlic

avocados
1
limes juiced
2 tsp
kosher salt
2
jalapenos, fresh (seeded)
1 1/2 bunch
cilantro, fresh
1/2
red onion

How to Make Avocado Salsa

Step-by-Step

  • 1Remove outer skin from tomatillos and quarter
    Add to blender
  • 2Add red onion to blender
  • 3Add jalapenos
  • 4add peeled garlic cloves
  • 5add cilantro to blender
  • 6add salt to blender
  • 7add lime juice
  • 8and lastly add the avocado
  • 9blend until smooth. adjust salt and heat as desired
    Allow it to chill for 2 hrs to thicken. Can be stored up to 1 week in fridge. Serve with chips, veggies or as a topping for burgers, chicken, etc.
