- 3 cloves fresh garlic
- 2 - avocados
- 1 - limes juiced
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 - jalapenos, fresh (seeded)
- 1 1/2 bunches cilantro, fresh
- 1/2 - red onion
How To Make avocado salsa

Step 1Remove outer skin from tomatillos and quarter Add to blender

Step 2Add red onion to blender

Step 3Add jalapenos

Step 4add peeled garlic cloves

Step 5add cilantro to blender

Step 6add salt to blender

Step 7add lime juice

Step 8and lastly add the avocado

Step 9blend until smooth. adjust salt and heat as desired Allow it to chill for 2 hrs to thicken. Can be stored up to 1 week in fridge. Serve with chips, veggies or as a topping for burgers, chicken, etc.
