Ingredients For chocolate sauce

  • 1/2 c
    35% heavy cream
  • 1/4 c
    golden corn syrup
  • 4 oz
    semisweet chocolate
  • 1/4 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 sm
    pinch fleur de sel

How To Make chocolate sauce

  • 1
    In a small saucepan over medium heat, add heavy cream and corn syrup; whisk until blended.
  • 2
    As soon as it starts simmering, remove from the heat and add the chocolate; whisk until melted.

    Add pure vanilla extract and fleur de sel; whisk once again and use it right away or transfer to a container
