protein tuna taco
I’ve been trying to eat more protein packed meals when I came up with this, I was craving tacos but didn’t have everything for them so being Friday, I opened up a can of tuna, added some Mexican flare and came up with this high protein tuna taco, (29g protein) one of my favorite lunches now enjoy.

Ingredients
- 1 can tuna of choice
- 1 protein tortilla wrap
- 2 tablespoons taco sauce
- As needed salt pepper taco seasoning
- shredded lettuce
- 1-2 tablespoon salsa
- Optional greek yogurt or sour cream
How To Make protein tuna taco

Step 1Open can of tuna drain well,add to bowl with taco sauce and seasonings. Set aside

Step 2Prepare tortilla by microwave for 20 seconds, this will warm and help tortilla to wrap without breaking.

Step 3Build Your taco starting with lettuce, then tuna, top with salsa and sour cream (optional) Greek yogurt For more added protein. Wrap cut, sir, with favorite hot sauces, and enjoy
