This is a 28 year old recipe I got from Shaw's Market once while in Maine.

It is yummy!

  • 1 c
    red or blue/black grapes, seeds removed
  • 1 c
    apples, unpeeled, diced
  • 1 c
    celery, fresh, diced
  • 1 can(s)
    tuna fish
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • ·
    lettuce, for garnish

How to Make Grape Tuna Waldorf Salad


  1. Combine all ingredients, except lettuce; toss lightly. Serve on bed of lettuce and garnish with additional grapes if desired.
