Ingredients

  • 3 sprigs leaves baby romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 tablespoon shredded cheese
  • - sliced red onion
  • 1 sprig celery
  • 1 small can tuna
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
  • dash - salt and pepper
  • OPTIONAL:
  • 1 small optional: thin sliced, 1 tbls. yellow, & red bell pepper, and 1 mild jalapeno pepper

How To Make vegetable & cheese tuna salad

  • Step 1
    Place lettuce leaves onto plate
  • Step 2
    mix tuna, mayo, salt, pepper, sliced celery,
  • Step 3
    Fill lettuce with tuna mixture
  • Step 4
    top with shredded carrots & cheese and serve Optional: top with thinly sliced red onion
  • Step 5
    Optional: Add to tuna mixture-thin sliced, 1 tbls. yellow, & red bell pepper, also 1 mild jalapeno pepper
