Ingredients
- 3 sprigs leaves baby romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 tablespoon shredded cheese
- - sliced red onion
- 1 sprig celery
- 1 small can tuna
- 1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
- dash - salt and pepper
- OPTIONAL:
- 1 small optional: thin sliced, 1 tbls. yellow, & red bell pepper, and 1 mild jalapeno pepper
How To Make vegetable & cheese tuna salad

Step 1Place lettuce leaves onto plate

Step 2mix tuna, mayo, salt, pepper, sliced celery,

Step 3Fill lettuce with tuna mixture

Step 4top with shredded carrots & cheese and serve Optional: top with thinly sliced red onion
